Only a 5 minute drive to beautiful Pervolia where there is a lovely beach and plenty of bars and restaurants in an older cypriot style setting. The village of Kiti with its shops, bars, banks are a 2 minute drive or a 10-15 min walk away. Larnaca airport is 10 mins by car and Larnaca town for main shopping and the promenade etc is about 15 mins by car. The aqua park at Limassol is about 40 mins by car and the aqua park at Ayia Napa also about 40 mins away. There are camel rides at Mazotos about 5 mins away by car. The local village of Tersefanou is a 5 min walk. There will be a golf course and country club built in Tersefanou around 2010 but this is being built around 0.8 to 1km away. This apartment is quiet enough to get away to to relax but near enough to get to from the airport and near enough to drive to all facilities required.

Large 2 bedroom apartment with spacious lounge, kitchen area. The Lounge area with its magnificent archway is 4 times the size of the bedrooms, it was preserved in this way in order to keep the character of the house. There are high beamed ceilings with original beams throughout. There is a bathroom with bath and bidet. The master bedroom has a large four poster bed and opens up onto the balcony which has overhanging vines and can easily sit 8 persons. Just reach up and pick your own grapes. The balcony has mountain views and looks down onto the courtyard area where you are free to lounge around or read a book in the cool of one of the corner alcoves. If you have a large family the apartment is deal as there are three beds in the 2nd bedroom and it can sleep up to 3 extra persons in the lounge area. There is also a cot for a baby if you have one. That’s not to say that 2 people can’t take the apartment, quite a few people prefer it for the space and tranquility it has to offer

We are centrally located for the whole island. About 20 mins Limassol, 30mins Larnaca and Larnaca airport. 1 hour to the mountains and Paphos.If you are coming from the airport you need to take Junction 15 for Kalavasos. Coming from Larnaca once you turn off the motorway, you will reach a crossroads turn left pass the petrol station then turn left under the bridge. You just have to be careful you do not miss the sign to Kalavassos on your right or you will end up on the motorway again. From Paphos you take the 1st left as soon as you get onto the slip road, you will know you are there because you will see the valley below you! At the bottom of the valley road you will find a bridge. You can go either through the village to get to the house or take the road that says to ‘Kalavassos dam’ f you take the road to the dam the house is left at the 2nd bridge. Our apartment is 20 minutes East of Larnaca airport, being this side of Larnaca you avoid any aircraft noise. Being just inland from Larnaca Bay (2kms) and elevated on the side of the Oroklini Hills you have a panoramic view over Oroklini village even though the apartment is ground floor level. Excellent 2 lane highways connect with Agia Napa, Larnaca airport, Limassol, Pathos, Troodus area and Nicosia (25 minutes), not that you are even aware they are close by and there are never any traffic jams! Dhekalia Road and Larnaca Bay ‘area’ (2 mins by car) which runs close to the coast, has many more restaurants, internet cafes, sports bars, dive shops etc (and large 5 star hotels) than Oroklini if you want more ‘action’. Turn right when you hit the coast and about 8 minutes drive takes you into Larnaca. A yacht harbour on one side of the ‘promenade’ and a fishing harbour on the other with wonderful fish restaurants, old fort, lots of shops and many other tourist attractions and museums
